Q. So I can just show up and fish with you?
A. Yes.
Q. Anyone can join? No lic. requirement etc?
A. As per the rules so long as we're on the pier no lic. is needed.
Q. I am a total rookie? Is that ok?
A. So are we practically so yes!
Q. My group wants to come?
A. Great.
